Is The Long Term Intake Nexito And Tolaz Tablets Safe?

Hi. My aunt is taking nexito nd tolaz tablets prescribed by her doctor since she was showing signs of depression...for about a year now I want to make sure whethr the tablets are ok for her to take..she is very thin and weighs only 41 kg ...about 42 years old...is this medicines having side effects??should she continue it for a longer period??
