Is The Numbness, Eye Fatigue, And Facial Symptoms I’ve Experienced Since My Cataract Surgery?

I had cataract surgery last March 2020. After the surgery, I had a bad bleeder that lasted for a month. Along with it, I have had intense numbness on the left side of my face around my entire eye and along with my nose down to my lip. My eyes are very heavy and fatigued. I have been suffering for a year with no help.
