Is The Protein In My Urine Worse If I Eat

Is the protein in my urine worse if I eat alot of protein? My albumin is high & I wonder if I'm making it worse by eating protein. I'm now controling my diabetes with low carb eating but need to know if eating protein makes it worse. If so, how much protein am I allowed. Thanks for your assistance.
