Is The Pus Filled Blister On The Lip Be Due To A Bite?

I bit my lower lip yesterday and now I have a small blister filled with pus it does not itch or hurt. There is no signs of irritation or redness. I have been looking online and everywhere I look I am told it is herpes. Could it just be the result of my bite?
