Is The Rash On My Face Due To HIV Infection Or Dirty Chapstick?

Hello doctor, i had protected sex with a escort a year ago. the sex was only for a minute or two. the condom did not break off. i got a rash on my lips almost 3 days after after putting on a dirty chapstick. the rash spread from my lips all over my face turning into dermatitis. could this mean i was infected with hiv? my weight is the same and i have no gotten sick or any fevers or anything like that. i did loose about 5 pounds but gained it back thru the gym over the year. also the rash came back a week ago when i use a dirty chapstick again by mistake? what are my chances of hiv?
