Is The Reddish Area And Small Blister On My Son S Nose A Concern, And Does He Need Antibiotics?

Hi, my son was bit by our dog two months ago, right on the top of his nose. I cleaned the wound, continued putting anti-scarring creme on it over the next days/weeks and everything looked fine. But now I see his top of the nose is reddish and has a very small blister on top, like a pimple waiting to emerge. Is this a concern, does he need antibiotics? He is not with fever and is in good mood.
