Is The Right Ovary A Fibroma?

i have my tvs result on the 14th day of my menstruation. left ovary with 8 small follicles largest .9 cm. No free fluid in the cul de sac. Right ovary with solid looking area 2.7 X 2.2 consider as fibroma. Did i lay egg? is it really fibroma. 36 years old, 4'11, 43 kls, married for 10 years no children
