Is The Way I Hold My Bass And Lump On Breast Related?

I am 15, male and I play bass. When I play bass I sit down and let it rest on my knee but to see the strings I lean over and this puts pressure on my right breast. Recently I have noticed a lump developing in my right breast which is quite painful when touched. Is the way I hold my bass and my lump related ?
