Is There A Treatment For Asperger's? My Grandson Was Dx

Is there a Treatment for Asperger's? My grandson was Dx with ADHD at age 4. He is taking Vyvanse 40 and Risperdal .05mg BID. His therapist and pediatric neurologist have now said he suffers from a mild case of Asperger's. He plays by himself and talks constantly. I do not mean he has a conversation with himself. He does race cars and announces the race out loud and does it for 3-4 hours. It is difficult to get his attention elsewhere. He just graduated from kindergarten with a average learning score of firs grade 8 months. So he is doing well. His teacher states his vocabulary is above average and he understands the meanings behind the words.
He wants to talk with us constantly, he does not know quite time unless he is on the I-pad, and then he is talking about whatever is on the I-pad
