Is There A Chance For Pregnancy While Under Treatment For PCOD?

I was suffering from PCoD and now completed my 3 Months Course in March.IN months of May my periods didnot come and my test was negative and doctor sugested me dub-s for periods. IS there is any chances of getting pregnanat this week and I want to get pregnant now.
