Is There A Chance That Raspberry Keytones Could Be Sabotaging
Is there a chance that raspberry keytones could be sabotaging my diet rather than helping it? I am eating 3 servings of fruit a day, 3-4 servings of vegetables, 8 g. of protein, 2 tsp. fat and at least one serving of carbohydrates (bread, rice) as well as my vitamins. I also walk at least a mile 5-6 days out of the week. I am a 50 year old female.
