Is There A Connection From A Schawnomma Tumor ( Removed

Is there a connection from a Schawnomma tumor ( removed from C3 on 9/25/14then cervical fusion on 10/2/14 C3 -C7) and MS? Originally all of my symptoms, that began in Mar/14) were explained by the tumor, however, I had NO health problems before the tumor was found. I cannot get well. I am worse now thatn I was before the surgery. I have told several of my doctors that I believe I have an autoimmune disease, but other than a blood panel test there was no other workup done, Also, the symptoms that I had are much worse and the drs say its most likely "side effects" of the medications I take. Again i can understand that, but most of the medictions I take, I have been on for over a year. I know there is something wrong with me, but I feel like a hypocondriact when talking to them . Any suggestions?
