Is There A Health Concern With Vertical Line Ridges In

Is there a health concern with vertical line ridges in figure nails and only thumbs show a "moon" at the base of the nails? Hair is very dry and can't loose fat, tired a lot, troubled sleep.
Have pain on right and left sides at waist/sides just above the navel level, but on the outer sides of torso. Hurts to stand long, sides hurt even when resting.
