Is There A Link Between Left Bundle Branch Block And

Is there a link between Left bundle branch block and PVCs? I have been been diagnosed as having both and waiting to see a cardiologist. Also many, many dizzy spells a day and face flushing assuming this is during PVCs. Can both of these issues just be a pain, but harmless?
Im a 41 year old active woman. Also have Lupus and Hughes Syndrome.Was in the ER 6 months ago due to very low potassium requiring an IV. Have since been seen by a nephrologist and kidney issues have been cleared. Also want to know if there is any risk of travel while I am waiting to see the specialist.
