Is There A Matter Of Concern For 90% Corrected Hypospadias?

My neighbour's son, living in Bangalore age 27 underwent hypospedios correction surgery at the age of 4. 90% of his problem is solved. Even now 10% of leakage is there. His marriage is fixed to be conducted shortly. At this point, he is little bit worried. Kindly advise in this matter.
