Is There A Medical Reason Or Way To Reverse Being

Is there a medical reason or way to reverse being so cold? I am miserable! House thermostat is set @ 72. I wear a fleece warm-up suit, slippers, carry a portable heater around with me and have a blanket handy. This is not my imagination as my hands are cold to the touch ! I do not want to drink caffeine. Recently resorted to hot water.
