Is There A Medication Or Anything For Essential Tremor Being

Is there a medication or anything for essential tremor being tested I have been diagnosed by the VA and have tried several sedatives but they don’t work or alter my mood making me hard to get along with. I have had Botox injections but they have reduced my strength making me unable to do my job that requires heavy lifting. I am willing to try clinical trials. YYYY@YYYY
