Is There A Non-surgical Cream To Completely Remove Angiokeratomas On My Testicles, As I Want To Avoid Electrocautery?

Dear Sir, Good morning to you. I am 63 years old. I have been suffering from Angiokeratoma on my testicles and, sometimes, they bleed. Then it becomes very difficult for me to go to my work and, my job becomes risky for my long absence in my work. I consulted with the local doctors in my country and all of them have advised for Electrocautery. Please advise me whether there is any cream or substitute treatment to remove these angiokeratoms from my testicles completely. Kindly understand my problems and give me an advice URGENTLY.
