Is There A Permanent Treatment For Intestinal Worms?

I have been suffering from intestinal worms since childhood and I am a 26 year old lady. I am still suffering from it. I have been told that I can never completely get rid of them. Is this true? Will I ever be able to get rid of them so that they will never come back? Any good medicine for them? Thank you.
