Is There A Risk Of Pregnancy Despite No Breaking Of Hymen And Negative Pregnancy Test?

I had sex on 29 th of July which is unprotected but there is no breaking hymen and I take meprate on 14th of Aug i have pcos after 8 days I got with drawl bleed for 3 days and again next month I used meprate and got period after that I tested urine pregnancy test it shows negative am I pregnant or not
