Is There A Specific Name Or What Is My Allergy

Is there a specific name or what is my allergy exactly called? I'm allergic to some fish and mussels also chicken eggs (it has the worst reaction) and chicken meat (maybe this only reacts when it's not cooked well?) but I'm not allergic to shrimp. what could this be? I'm 17, Female. I'm taking Cetirizine and my allergy reaction is hives.
