Is There A Specific Reason That A 34 Year Old

Is there a specific reason that a 34 year old woman would have chronic pain on one hip? There was no injury but out of the blue it started six months ago if I love my leg just the right way such as laying on back with knees bent and moving my leg too far to right or left or stepping over an object, and there is a sudden intense pain in the hip joint for almost a full minute and then subsides. its incapacitating and then it fades and after a minute there is no remaining pain. That one hip also pops a lot.
