Is There A Surgical Procedure To Treat Blurred Vision?

AMO site:I had cataract surgery that left me with blurry visivisionon even with new lens in my glasses on that side, but was told it was the shape of the cells in my eye that is causing it. Now all I'm offered ie a cornea transplant, & that they original can not be re done as some on here state they have had.I would rather have blurry vision than none, but have delayed until I return to home area in April. Do you know if it's a different surgery they may have had, so additional cataract surgery is possible for them? What is IOL
