Is There A Treatment For Alopecia Areata?

my name is safder ali and i am suffering from alopecia areata.i want to ask you that is there cure regarding this problem in allopethic.am suffering from stress b coz of this problem .it has been approximately three months i have this problem.there is some little hair growing in the patchces but not growing more longer. i am living in pakistan pleas tell me the cure for this problem.......please regard it.
