Is There A Treatment For Indents At The Base Of Penis?

my question is I went to a uroligest because i noticed an indentation at the base of my penis and it just bothers me because it happened overnight very quickley. he said I have pyronies but there is no pain and no exterme curvature. he told me that we should do nothing at this point but I want to know if there is a topical gel or medicine to break up the plaque before it gets worse and need injections. i want to be proactive and not reactive.
