Is There A Treatment For Inverted Nipples?

i am 16 years old and i have inverted nipples. i have always felt super self-conscious about them whether its with guys or just changing in the locker rooms. i was wondering if theres any chance they will just go away as my body grows more or as i get older? or am i stuck with them forever?
