Is There A Treatment In Homeopathy Or Ayurveda For Multiple Neurofibromas?

i have multiple neurofibromas for the last 20 years but slowly increased in its size,but for the last one year new tumors also came but the growth tumors appears very aggressive and fast in the stomoch cavity size increased to 2-3 inches in radius, but no pain..some disfigurement and in convenience...neurofibromas are present on my upper and lower limbs, chest, stomach,flank,buttucks and back..countless in number.. occupying the space of muscles in the arms and stomach..is there any remedy in homeopathy and ayurveda since i was told that there is no remedy in allopathy..pl advise
