Is There A Way To Get Rid Of Antibiotic-resistant Acinetobacter Lwoffii After A Clitoral Growth Removal?

I had a pea-sized growth on my clitoris which my OBGYN removed and sent to the lab - apparently it was acinetobacter lwoffii. Soon after she removed it, it returned. I ve been on two rounds of antibiotics, and now she wants to switch and put me on a different one, but I keep reading that this bacteria is antibiotic-resistant. Is there another way of getting rid of this bacteria in my body? Will it spread to other parts? Could I pass it to my husband?
