Is There A Way To Stop The Periods Permanently Due To Extreme Fatigue Before Periods?

Hello Dr. my sister has a problem about mestruation. Few days before menstruation she becomes weak to the extent that she cannot do anything and it continues till she finish her period. Whenever she is pregnant she fells OK probabily because the period stops. A question is raised now if the menstruation can be stopped permanently. Please advise
