Is There An Alternate Medicine For Valium To Treat Nerve Damage?

I have been on valiums for over 13 years. I went through horrible withdrawals that left me feeling like I was dying. Is there anything out there that I can take instead of valiums for severe nerve damage in my legs? I have a tens unit and even with valiums sometimes my legs are so fatigue that it wakes me up in the middle of the night. i can t stand or sit of a period of time and I have to keep my legs moving. I exercise them and it doesn t seem to work. I have tried several prescriptions for nerves and nothing worked until I was introduced to valiums. Now I want to get off but don t know what options I have.
