Is There Any HIV Risk If I Briefly Masturbated After Protected Sex Using The Same Hand That May Have Had Minimal Contact With Vaginal Fluid?

Hello Doctor, I Had brief protected sex with sex worker with two condoms (No Breakage) and no ejaculation (1-2 mins). I Removed condom and masturbated with same hand . I Fear vaginal fluid from top of the condom might have come in contact with my urethra during masturbation. I removed condom by holding the base of it carefully not held from top or middle of it. I did not notice any much of vaginal fluid in my hands But there may be some. Also, I wiped the tip of my penis with the same hand very quickly. I had no sores or lesions on my penis. Is there any HIV risk?
