Is There Any OTC Mrd Besides Imodium That Is Comparable

Is there any OTC mrd besides Imodium that is comparable to lomotil? My husband had an esophagectomy in May and uses Lomotil to help with the dumping syndrome along with diet changes. He didn't realize he was out and his doctor won't be back untilpmfsy due to the holiday.
