Is There Any Chance I Can Have HIV From Getting

Is there any chance I can have HIV from getting rimmed? Didn't fuck him or shower before he did it and he just went all the way , what scares me is he said he likes it dirty,( this was about 5 days ago) last night the day after...wasnt bleeding at all until I had sex, but after that, didn't bleed at all, I've been nauseous and haven't been able to eat or drink too much without feeling like throwing up, I have had diarrhea for the last 2 days.
