Is There Any Chance Of Pregnancy After A Protected Sex?

Hi me an my boyfriend had sex Tuesday night an he came inside me. I take my pill right everyday!. I took my pill on Tuesday morning then we had sex that night but as soon as I woke up I took my pill Wednesday morning an am still taking them every morning. Is there any chance of being pregnant? As I now have stomach pains. Thanks please let me know
