Is There Any Chance Of Pregnancy After Unprotected Sex, Despite Taking Unwanted 72, Given Her PCOS?

Hello Ma am, I had an unprotected sex with my girlfriend last night and she took unwanted 72 at the 12th hour. Also she has PCOS problem and she didn t have periods from last 50 days (we got pregnancy test 2 days back and it was negative). Is there any chance for her pregnancy?..please reply. She also had started taking medicines (Mychiro and M2 tone) from last night.
