Is There Any Chance That Pneumonitis Is Caused By My

Is there any chance that pneumonitis is caused by my hashimoto disease.? I was diagnosed with hashimoto disease in September.... I caught a cold in October which turned into bronchitis and then pneumonia. Caught another cold early December and then again on Christmas. I went through two rounds of antibiotics and 5 days of steroids. Chest X-ray showed pneumonitis. Here it is February and I'm still not better.
