Is There Any Complications After Embryo Transfer If Eastrogen Levels High?

Hi, I'm 6 days after embryo transfer and I feel cold symptoms (running nose, slight rise of body temperature)... I'm worrying about complications since I've got very high levels of estrogen on the day of ET...otherwise I don't feel any pain...thanks in advance
