Is There Any Contraceptive That Could Be Taken After 15 Days Of Intercourse?

hello doctor,
im a girl aged 23 years i would like to know about my pregnancy,
i did a pregnancy test this morning and it was positive moreover i am even feeling the symptoms of my dates can you please tell me what is this like is this any kind of miscarriage or i would be pleaded if you suggest me pills for not getting pregnant and it has only been 15 days from the date of mate.
