Is There Any Correlation Between Deterioration Of Vision And Liver Disease?

My daughter has a Liver Disease which we are till awaiting confirmation of what type of disease she has. I took her for routine check up at her Opticians today, and we were told that she has Drusion in her right eye and that her right eye vision has deteriorated since her last appointment. Could this be linked to her liver?
