Is There Any Correlation Between Elevation In Liver Enzymes And Cholesterol Levels?

I have elevated AST/ALT enzymes after being diagnosed and treated for exertional rhabdomyolysis (4 weeks ago). My enzymes have come down but remains slightly elevated (AST=75, ALT=122). How long does it take for the liver to recover?



I also recently had my cholesterol levels checked and was shocked to see my total cholesterol was 229. (LDL=129, HDL=98) is there any correlation with my elevated liver enzymes and cholesterol?!



I am 29/F marathoner. Healthy weight, healthy eater.
