Is There Any Correlation Between Menstruation And Pleurisy?

Over a year ago I was diagnosed with pleurisy. I have had 2 serious flare ups and several manageable flare ups since then. I try to write down what I was doing before an episode to see if there is a common denominator and each time I am either on my period or just finishing my cycle. Is there any correlation with mensturation and pleurisy?
