Is There Any Correlation Between Periods And Uti?
Hello doctor,
I am a 20 year old female and I currently have a UTI. I do not take birth control nor do I have sexual intercourse. I have a couple of questions regarding UTI and menstrual periods. While I have been taking my antibiotics for my UTI treatment, (I have not missed one pill) I got my period for the second time this month. The last day of my first period this month was May 15th and first day of my second period started today, May 25th. I'm wondering if there's any correlation between this. Please help me understand. I'm really confused and worried about what's happening down there.
