Is There Any Health Problem Of Pushing The Tampon More Upwards?

I have just had the most weirdest thing happen to me. I went to the loo to have a poo, then pushed out a tampon that had not been removed from yesterday! This has really worried me as I did remove one yesterday and am worried that the one I found today had been pushed further up.Is there any health concerns from this. Please advise!
