Is There Any Hope For My Pregnancy After Being Diagnosed With A Blighted Ovum, And Should I Stop Taking Duphaston?

Hi. I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum. I am supposed to be 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant but the doctor said the gestational age is only 6 weeks and 2 days. There is no embryo and heartbeat. She advised me to stop taking duphaston she previously advised me to take, for me to miscarry naturally. Otherwise it has to be removed through surgery. Is there really no hope ? Should i stop taking duphaston?
