Is There Any Method To Have Hair On A Burnt Spot?

I was burned when I was two years old on the head and the top of my two arms. The front side quarter of my head does not grow hair due to the burns I received, but luckily I have very thick and longer hair so it is covered. Is there any type of surgery to replant hair back into this region so I would be able to have a shorter hair without the bald spot being noticeable?
