Is There Any Natural Remedies For Leg Pain After Lower Back Injuries?

I have lower back injuries and waiting on a neurologist second opinion as a fusion procedure goes. my old mylogram showed more detail of course but waiting on mri results done last week. I also have neck injuries as well waiting to get new mri for that. My question is what I can do for the horrible pain Im having left calf muscle cramping continuously and am unable to walk on it. Bananas don t seem to work at all as motrin doesn t even touch the pain either. Ive been to emergency room four times in past year for sciatica diagnosis and were always given steroids which hardly helped also .Knowing I need invasive help is certainly the goal to any improvement but what do I do for this leg pain at home any remedies natural or other you can help me with? thank you
