Is There Any Natural Way To Go To Sleep After

Is there any natural way to go to sleep after smoking?? I wud smoke around night time and then i wud feel seek to keep going for days. Dats y i stop after a first high. But still after im high all night and don't smoke anymore. I still cant go sleep until the second night. During this period I don't smoke anymore after that time i smoked. Not even the next day ?
