Is There Any Other Reason Then A Pregnancy Being Considered

Is there any other reason then a pregnancy being considered "high risk" that a biophysical profile would be ordered at 30 weeks? I was told by the lady's at the front desk that everything was fine with my anatomy scan so I am not sure why this is being done. My next apt with my obgyn is next Tuesday. Thanks
