Is There Any Permanent Treatment For Removing Of Skin Kelloid?

\My father was done Heart By Pass Surgery before 4 Years back but after surgery skin kelloid are come out from skin. Earlier it is not painful but now it is very painful. Now doctors told us no permanent treatment for removing of skin kelloid and stop the pain.
