Is There Any Procedure To Dilate The Cervix?

I am 15 and 37 weeks pregnant. This baby needs to come now because if he stays in any longer he will be 10 lbs and i am very uncomfortable. My OBs have not even checked to see if im dialated. They checked my cervix though an ultra sound but never updated me on anything. But anyways what are ways to make to go into labor or at least become effaced within a couple hours . BTW ill be 38 weeks Saturday
